  I'm gonna let it slide that I walked past 3 employees, 1 leaving, 2 chatting it up. Not one ever acknowledged customers we walked right by them. Now we've been in shoe department STILL WAITING for some help. Does anybody even work here?? Oh, a piece of advice for the 3employees with no manners, if you're going to talk down to or about your customers, you need to remember those customers can hear and they keep you employed. I wouldn't recommend this Big5 to anyone. I'd also recommend retraining 3 of the 4 employees on customer relations.
